Originating from Strathclair, Manitoba, Geekie has been a standout player for Syracuse in the AHL, appearing in 47 games this season. He leads the team’s skaters with 37 assists and ranks second in total points with 51, while also placing fourth in goals scored with 14. He earned a spot at the 2026 AHL All-Star Classic due to his impressive contributions.

Geekie was initially selected 11th overall in the first round of the 2022 NHL Draft by the Arizona Coyotes before being traded to Tampa Bay on June 29, 2024.
