Ryan Braiser Joins Texas Rangers on Minor League Contract
Ryan Braiser, a 2005 graduate of Rider High School in Wichita Falls, is set to compete for a spot in the Texas Rangers bullpen during the upcoming spring training. Braiser, most recently with the Chicago Cubs, spent much of 2025 sidelined due to injuries. Despite recent setbacks, he brings valuable experience as a two-time World Series champion, having been part of the Boston Red Sox and Los Angeles Dodgers championship teams. In addition, Braiser has played within the minor league systems of the Los Angeles Angels and Oakland Athletics.
