Nashville Soccer Club revealed its new Reverb jersey on Tuesday, which will serve as the team’s primary uniform for the 2026 and 2027 seasons. The club will debut the jersey on February 21 at Geodis Park when Nashville SC hosts New England in their first match wearing the new kit. This launch highlights the club’s commitment to both on-field performance and cultural identity through its apparel.
Design Inspired by Nashville’s Cultural Significance
The Reverb jersey features a central crest for the first time since Nashville SC’s inception in 2018, symbolizing the city’s rising prominence in soccer, music, and culture. The jersey’s pattern draws on the concept of radio reverberations, reflecting Nashville’s historic influence in broadcasting music and soccer. A distinctive “jock tag” on the front left of the jersey reads From Nashville to the World, while the back collar bears the inscription Nashville, TN, USA.
Additional design elements include skyline blue piping on both the jersey and shorts, marking a first in Nashville SC’s primary kits. The fabric incorporates a unique pattern, enhancing its overall aesthetic.
Symbolism Reflecting Soccer’s Global Stage
The jersey’s crest is designed with a holographic star pattern that resembles the American flag, paying tribute to the return of the World Cup to U.S. soil. This element underscores Nashville’s participation in the broader soccer landscape as the sport gains momentum nationwide. Renasant, Nashville SC’s banking partner, continues as the jersey sponsor with its logo prominently displayed across the chest. Hyundai Motor Company also remains the primary sleeve sponsor for the club. The financial details surrounding the creation of the new kit were not disclosed.
Statements from Club Leadership Highlight Importance
“2026 is an enormous year for our sport in the United States and across the globe, and we are thrilled to introduce a primary kit that celebrates both the world’s game and Nashville’s place as a global hub for soccer, music and culture,”
said Lindsey Paola, Nashville SC Chief Business Officer.
Additional Fan Engagement Initiatives Surrounding Jersey Launch
To complement the jersey launch, Nashville SC continues its collaboration with Mitchell and Ness by offering a Reverb-themed apparel collection that includes hats, scarves, and beanies. Fans can view and purchase the new jersey at the Nashville SC takeover event at Fogg Street Lawn Club in the Pie Town neighborhood downtown, running through Saturday, February 28.
The week-long event concludes with a joint watch party for Nashville SC and the Nashville Predators on the evening of February 28, coinciding with matches against FC Dallas and the Dallas Stars, respectively. This community-driven celebration reflects Nashville’s passionate sports culture and brings together fans from across the city.
