On Tuesday, the NBA introduced the 2026 All-Star Game uniforms and court design, showcasing a striking Los Angeles-themed collection for the league’s 75th anniversary event. Jordan Brand created this ninth consecutive All-Star apparel set, consisting of three unique uniforms—two for Team USA and one for Team World—for the game scheduled at the Clippers’ Intuit Dome in Inglewood on February 15, marking the debut of a fresh tournament format.
Distinctive Uniforms Highlight American and Global Basketball Pride
The uniforms prominently feature the word All-Stars across the chest in an iconic LA-style font, surrounded by seven stars that honor Los Angeles’ history of hosting seven previous All-Star weekends. Each jersey reflects its own story while integrating common design elements that celebrate both American pride and the worldwide basketball community.
Team USA’s two uniforms offer contrasting takes on the American flag. The “Stripes” design uses a dominant blue base with red and white stripes along the right side, enhanced by gold accents. In contrast, the “Stars” uniform reverses the color scheme with a red background dotted with white stars and complemented by darker blue details. Team World’s white uniform includes blue and green panels that symbolize
the vastness of land and sea across the globe.
Each jersey features country flags above the player numbers and showcases NBA star graphics incorporating motifs such as stripes, stars, or globe and compass patterns.
Intuit Dome-Inspired Court Design Emphasizes Clippers’ Identity
The new court design takes its cues from the Clippers and their home at the Intuit Dome, displaying the team’s navy blue, red, and Pacific blue colors prominently along the sidelines and baselines. Different wood stain tones add texture and visual appeal to the playing surface. Nautical stars and triangular shapes inspired by the Intuit Dome’s architecture contribute a distinctive flair to the court’s overall look.
This venue will host the upcoming round-robin tournament format, where the two Team USA squads compete against the Team World roster across four games, each 12 minutes in duration. The two highest-ranked teams after these matches will advance to the championship game, marking a significant step in evolving the All-Star Game’s structure.
Significance of the Designs Ahead of the 2026 Showcase
The bold uniform and court designs go beyond aesthetics, paying tribute to Los Angeles’ rich basketball culture and representing the NBA’s expanding global influence. Returning to NBC for its broadcast after several years, the 2026 All-Star Game aims to deliver an event that resonates far beyond the court, celebrating the league’s history while embracing its future direction.
