Bronny James’ Girlfriend Sparks Outrage Over Trump Racism Post

Parker Whitfield, known as Bronny James’ girlfriend and daughter of actors Dondre Whitfield and Salli Richardson, condemned Donald Trump for sharing a racist video on X last Friday, which has since been removed. Whitfield shared a quote on her Instagram stories from The Basic Blogger Bitch, denouncing Trump as racist and calling out his supporters for defending a post that depicted former President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama as apes. This condemnation is part of the rising backlash surrounding the video.

“Trump is racist. Period. And YOU are racist if you continue to support him. It’s actually THAT simple,” the post read.

“Hope this helps,” Parker added.

Whitfield and Bronny James have been publicly seen together since the 2024 Paris Olympics, where Bronny was supporting his father, LeBron James, representing Team USA in basketball.

Donald Trump Removes Video Amid Political Backlash but Refuses to Apologize

Following widespread criticism, including from within his own party, Donald Trump deleted the controversial video from his X account. While Democrats expressed strong disapproval, numerous Republicans also condemned the post. Trump, however, did not apologize for sharing the video and defended his actions during a statement aboard Air Force One. He claimed he had only seen the beginning portion of the video, which he said focused on allegations of voter fraud and machine corruption.

“No, I didn’t make a mistake,” Trump said, according to NBC News. “I looked at the beginning of it. It was fine. I looked in the first part, and it was really about voter fraud in, and the machines, how crooked it is, how disgusting it is.”

“Then I gave it to the people. Generally, they’d look at the whole thing. But I guess somebody didn’t, and they posted. We took it down as soon as we found out about it.”

NBC News reported that a White House staffer may have been responsible for uploading the video to Trump’s account. Despite this, the backlash remained significant, with criticism coming from Fox News host Laura Ingraham, Utah Senator John Curtis, South Carolina pastor Mark Burks, and others within the Republican Party.

White House Faces Criticism Over Handling of Controversy

The White House press secretary, Karoline Leavitt, was also met with disapproval for her initial response to the incident. The incident adds to ongoing tensions within the White House and political circles, highlighting the challenges Trump faces, even among some allies.

This controversy has intensified discussions around race and political accountability, particularly as Bronny James’ connection to Parker Whitfield brings additional public attention to the allegations of racism tied to the former president. The situation continues to evolve as both supporters and critics express strong opinions on the matter.
