The Cincinnati Bengals confirmed they have extended wide receiver Kendric Pryor‘s contract for another year as of Wednesday. This new agreement keeps Pryor with the team following his previous tenure primarily on the practice squad.
Career Journey of Kendric Pryor in the NFL
Pryor, 28, originally joined the Bengals as an undrafted free agent after the 2022 NFL Draft, arriving from Wisconsin. Despite being waived after the preseason, the Jacksonville Jaguars claimed him soon after. However, Pryor was waived again by the Jaguars at the end of the 2023 preseason and then re-signed to Cincinnati’s practice squad, where he has alternated between active and practice roster spots over the past two years.
Throughout his NFL career, Pryor has played in a single regular season game for the Bengals during 2024, where he managed one reception totaling nine yards.
