Tyreek Hill was seen on Monday enjoying time with his toddler daughter, Capri, while still involved in a legal dispute over temporary support payments in Florida with Keeta Vaccaro, his estranged wife and the child’s mother. The outing came amid a court battle concerning financial support obligations and custody arrangements.
Hill posted an Instagram story showing him and Capri at a café, where Capri held a small pink gelato cone. Hill wore a gray T-shirt featuring a subtle NFL logo on the sleeve paired with black athletic pants. Capri was dressed in a pink lace dress, white socks, light shoes, and a large pink bow in her hair. A woman, visible in a reflection, appeared to be taking the photo.
Florida Court Orders Temporary Spousal and Child Support Payments
Recently, a Florida judge ruled that Hill must pay Vaccaro $5,500 per month in temporary spousal support as of a January 7 hearing. Court documents revealed that before this ruling, Hill had already provided Vaccaro $714,000. This sum included $500,000 for legal fees, $100,000 for a car, $100,000 as a lump sum, and $17,500 for temporary child support.
Vaccaro initially requested $37,958 monthly in temporary support and sought $325,122 in retroactive child support covering April to December. In addition, court papers showed she asked for $3,950 monthly for cosmetics, medication, and toiletries, $4,000 for clothing, and $3,309 for grooming expenses.

Keeta Vaccaro also represented to the court that she enrolled in a Master’s program in finance at the University of Miami and requested $5,000 per month to compensate her mother, Alesia Vaccaro, for childcare while she attended classes. The judge deemed these expenses excessive and did not approve these additional payments.
Apart from the spousal support, the court ordered Hill to pay $20,000 monthly in household expenses, $3,500 for child support, and cover health insurance for Vaccaro and Capri.
Background of Divorce and Custody Dispute Adds Complexity
Keeta Vaccaro filed for divorce in April following a domestic dispute in their shared home. While no arrests occurred then, later court filings by Vaccaro alleged multiple instances of physical and emotional harm over the course of their 17-month marriage.
On January 6, TMZ reported that Hill claimed Vaccaro was attempting to use their daughter’s visitation rights to reconcile and halt the divorce. Hill requested that his grandmother, rather than Vaccaro, be allowed to attend those visitations. Vaccaro’s lawyers strongly denied these assertions, stating she has no desire to reconcile.
Holiday Reunion Offered a Rare Moment of Togetherness
In a notable moment last December 25, Hill reunited publicly with Vaccaro and Capri at Christmas Wonderland in Miami’s Tropical Park. Photographs captured Hill holding Capri near holiday light displays and a Ferris wheel, marking their first public appearance together since the divorce filing nearly five months earlier.
Current Status of Hill’s Professional Career
Amid the ongoing personal and legal challenges, Hill is also navigating his professional status. For the first time in a decade, he is an unrestricted free agent following his release from the Miami Dolphins on February 16. This transition adds another layer of uncertainty to his immediate future both on and off the field.
Implications of the Support Dispute and What Lies Ahead
The financial disagreements and custody tensions between Hill and Vaccaro highlight the complexity often involved in high-profile family separations. The court’s decision to limit temporary alimony and reject some of Vaccaro’s requested expenses underscores the scrutiny over the family’s financial claims. Going forward, the dispute is likely to continue shaping both their personal lives and Hill’s public image, especially as he manages new professional opportunities while maintaining his relationship with Capri.
