Denver Summit FC, a new entrant in the NWSL set to kick off its inaugural season this year, has confirmed Canvas Credit Union as its official sleeve sponsor in a seven-year agreement. This Colorado-based financial institution will also become a founding partner, holding the title of the official credit union of the club.

The partnership announcement comes just before Summit FC’s debut kit unveiling scheduled for Monday. While the club has secured the right sleeve sponsorship, a front-of-kit sponsor has not yet been finalized. NWSL jerseys typically carry five sponsor placements: front, upper back, lower back, and both sleeves. Notably, Ally Financial retains the left sleeve sponsorship across all 16 NWSL teams.
Fan Engagement and Promotional Plans with Canvas
Beyond the marketing presence on the uniforms, the sponsorship deal includes various fan-focused initiatives throughout the season. Canvas Credit Union will have visibility through in-stadium branding, digital campaigns, and community programs designed to promote financial wellness and encourage support for women’s soccer.

Legends Global has been facilitating the sponsorship negotiations on behalf of Denver Summit FC, having been retained as the team’s sponsorship sales agency since last year. Their work has culminated in this significant partnership with Canvas Credit Union.
Strong Ticket Sales Signal High Anticipation For First Home Game
Adding to the excitement, Summit FC announced that ticket sales for their inaugural home match on March 28 at Empower Field at Mile High have exceeded 45,000. This turnout could surpass the current NWSL single-match attendance record of 40,091, previously set by Bay FC at Oracle Park last year.
