Leadership Behind the Growth
At the forefront of this ambitious expansion is Lanette Rosales, a seasoned professional with nearly 40 years of experience as a purchasing manager at Bechtel. Her career has been marked by significant contributions to major projects, including the Mobile Launcher 2 for NASA, where she led the supply chain department. It was during her tenure in Houston that Rosales discovered her passion for pickleball. Upon returning to Florida, she recognized a critical shortage of indoor courts in the area, fueling her desire to create spaces for players to enjoy the sport year-round.
“The Brevard County pickleball community has been asking for indoor pickleball – there’s such a high demand here, Players love the idea of having full-time dedicated indoor pickleball courts, mainly due to inclement weather throughout the year, and I’m eager to meet that demand with my Dill Dinkers clubs.
