The 2024 PEAK PickleBrawl Tournament & Calcutta is set to take place at the PEAK Health and Wellness Center in Missoula, Montana. This annual event promises exciting competition within the fantastic indoor pickleball facility, featuring 6 pickleball courts with permanent nets and a Franklin X40 ball.

Tournament Format and Schedule
Participants can expect a round robin format for positioning, followed by double elimination rounds, ensuring a guaranteed 5 matches per event entered. Prize money will be awarded for all OPEN divisions (1st – 3rd place), while medals and prizes will be available for all other divisions.
In conjunction with this pickleball tournament, a Calcutta event will occur on Saturday, November 23rd, coinciding with the highly anticipated Griz vs. Cats game. A viewing party will feature the game on a big screen, with pizza and beverages included in the entry fee. Guests can join the party for an additional $15 for food and drinks.
Calcutta Schedule
- Noon: Player drawing
- 2 PM: Live auction
- 4 PM – 8 PM: Tournament play begins after the game
Calcutta Rules
This invitational Calcutta involves the top 24 players (men and women) selected by the tournament director. They will be randomly partnered during a live drawing at noon on Saturday, with restrictions ensuring that the top 10 players cannot be paired together. This will create 12 teams for the auction. The auction occurs at halftime of the Griz/Cats game, allowing participants to bid on their favorite team.
Once a team is purchased, the owner must offer the players the option to buy half of the team for half the price. For example, if a team is bought for $200, the players will have the option to buy in for $100.
Calcutta Payout Structure
- 1st Place: 65% of the pool
- 2nd Place: 25% of the pool
- 3rd Place: 10% of the pool
For instance, if each team is purchased for $200, the total pool would be $2,400. The payouts would then be $1,560 for the first place, $600 for second place, and $240 for third place.
Registration and Additional Information
All scores will be recorded in DUPR (Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating). Pickleball players are required to have a DUPR account, which can be connected to their Pickleballbrackets account.

Participants can receive a full refund (minus the service fee) up to 7 days before the tournament start date (November 15th).
