Brooklyn responded in the men’s doubles match. Riley Newman and AJ Koller worked together to defeat James Ignatowich and Max Freeman of Chicago, 11-9, tying the team score at one match each.

Brooklyn Dominates in Mixed Doubles
The momentum shifted in Brooklyn’s favor during the mixed doubles rounds. Jackie Kawamoto teamed up with Riley Newman to play against Callie Smith and Max Freeman. Brooklyn won that match easily, 11-4.
Next, AJ Koller and Rachel Rohrabacher faced James Ignatowich and Vivian Glozman. Brooklyn won again, 11-4, bringing the team total to three wins. Since a team only needs three match wins to secure victory in MLP play, the Dreambreaker was not required. The listed lineup for the Dreambreaker was not used, and the final score for it remained 0-0.
