Brooklyn Pickleball Team vs Atlanta Bouncers: The Brooklyn Pickleball Team faced the Atlanta Bouncers in an intense match on Friday, at Chaifetz Arena, located on the Saint Louis University campus. The game was part of the Marathon MLP St. Louis event, hosted by the St. Louis Shock. Atlanta defeated Brooklyn 3–2 in a close, back-and-forth battle.

High-Level Competition in St. Louis

The Marathon MLP St. Louis tournament brings top-level pickleball to the Midwest. Fans filled Chaifetz Arena to watch some of the best teams in Major League Pickleball compete. The Brooklyn Pickleball Team and the Atlanta Bouncers were two of the featured squads in Thursday’s lineup.

The competition began with the women’s doubles match. Rachel Rohrabacher and Jackie Kawamoto of Brooklyn faced Vivienne David and Victoria DiMuzio from Atlanta. David and DiMuzio came out strong and won 11–5, giving Atlanta the early lead.

In the men’s doubles, Riley Newman and AJ Koller of Brooklyn squared off against Jaume Martinez Vich and Todd Fought. Martinez Vich and Fought played a solid match and secured another win for Atlanta with a score of 11–4.

Brooklyn Fights Back in Mixed Doubles
