Arthur Kaluma is a Ugandan-American professional basketball player for the South Bay Lakers of the NBA G League. He played college basketball for the Texas Longhorns, Kansas State Wildcats, and Creighton Bluejays. Kaluma grew up in Irving, Texas, and was recognized as a four-star recruit before committing to Creighton. After a successful tenure there, he transferred to Kansas State, and then Texas. He became a Ugandan citizen in 2020 and also represented Uganda at the AfroBasket 2021.

Arthur Kaluma was born on March 1, 2002, in Boston, Massachusetts. He grew up in Irving, Texas, where he initially attended Universal Academy. Kaluma later transferred to Dream City Christian School in Glendale, Arizona, prior to his junior year. His early exposure to basketball and his talent led him to be rated as a four-star recruit. Initially, he signed to play for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, but was released from his National Letter of Intent after the departure of head coach T. J. Otzelberger. Ultimately, Kaluma chose to play college basketball for Creighton University over offers from other schools, including Arizona, Western Kentucky, and Syracuse.

However, he was waived on September 26, 2025, and subsequently added to the Lakers’ NBA G League affiliate, the South Bay Lakers.
