Isaiah Maurice Livers is an American professional basketball player for the Phoenix Suns of the National Basketball Association (NBA), on a two-way contract with the Valley Suns of the NBA G League. He played college basketball for the Michigan Wolverines. He attended Kalamazoo Central High School where he won the Mr. Basketball of Michigan. He was part of the 2017–18 team that won the 2018 Big Ten Conference men’s basketball tournament and reached the championship game of the 2018 NCAA Division I men’s basketball tournament.

Isaiah Livers was born on July 28, 1998, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, to parents Angela and Morris Livers. He began playing basketball at the age of five, often practicing with his father in their driveway. Livers attended Kalamazoo Central High School, where he gained recognition as a talented player. His skills on the court led to his recruitment by the University of Michigan, where he ultimately committed in August 2016, choosing Michigan over other contenders such as Michigan State and Butler.
