Jeremy Reaves signed with the Philadelphia Eagles as an undrafted free agent on April 28, 2018. However, he was waived by the Eagles during final roster cuts on September 1, 2018. He was promoted to the active roster on December 19, 2018, and made his NFL debut in Week 16 against the Tennessee Titans.
