Path to Basketball
Despite his talent, Jonathan Mogbo had no Division I scholarship offers in high school and began his college basketball career at Independence Community College. He transferred to Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College before the start of his sophomore season, where he made a significant impact by averaging 14.3 points, 10.3 rebounds, and 1.4 blocks per game. His performance caught the attention of scouts, leading him to transfer to Missouri State for his junior season.
