Kyle Joseph Smith (born January 9, 1992) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a defender for Major League Soccer club FC Cincinnati. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, he developed into one of the most decorated players in the lower divisions of American soccer before stepping into the top flight with Orlando City in late 2018. Standing at 5 feet 11 inches tall, Smith is widely respected for his consistency, leadership at the back, and ability to contribute goals from defensive positions.
