On October 5, 2020, Eyssimont signed a one-year contract extension with the Los Angeles club. Eyssimont remained on the Jets roster, featuring in 19 games and contributing with one goal and four assists, before he was placed on waivers by the Jets and subsequently claimed by the San Jose Sharks on January 6, 2023.
