Tragically, his father passed away in a car crash in 2019. Hill attended Maynard Evans High School in Orlando as a freshman before transferring to Edgewater High School for his sophomore year. During his time at Edgewater, he played three years on the football team as a two-way player, contributing as both a defensive back and a wide receiver. He helped the team achieve an impressive record of 33–6 and reached the state championship game in 2020. Over his last two years, Hill recorded 85 receptions for 1,586 yards and 14 touchdowns, along with 22 tackles and four interceptions.
