Tyler Harrison Kinley (born January 31, 1991) is an American professional baseball pitcher. A reliever who has spent his career in the major leagues, Kinley has pitched for the Minnesota Twins, Miami Marlins, Colorado Rockies, and Atlanta Braves. After the 2017 season, the Marlins did not protect Kinley on their 40-man roster, exposing him to the Rule 5 draft. He first pitched for the Tigres del Licey of the Dominican Winter League, where he posted a 0.47 ERA with 32 strikeouts in 19 innings. The Minnesota Twins then selected him from the Marlins organization in the 2017 Rule 5 draft, and he made the Twins’ 2018 Opening Day 25-man roster.
His time with the Twins was brief.
