Rain Cancels St. Pete Truck Qualifying; Connor Mosack on Pole

Rain forced the cancellation of the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series qualifying session at St. Petersburg on Friday, February 27. As a result, the starting grid was determined by the metric system, awarding Connor Mosack, driving for Spire Motorsports, the pole position.

Starting Lineup and Notable Drivers

Following Mosack, Gio Ruggiero of TRICON Garage will start second, while James Hinchcliffe takes third in his inaugural Truck Series race. Ben Rhodes and Chandler Smith round out the top five starting positions. Dario Franchitti, Wesley Slimp, Landen Lewis, Jake Garcia, and Adam Andretti will occupy spots six through ten on the grid.
