Corey LaJoie Joins Kaulig Truck Team for Darlington Race

Kaulig Racing has added Corey LaJoie to their rotating driver lineup for their #25 truck in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, aiming for the upcoming race at Darlington Raceway on March 20, 2026. LaJoie, who has 276 starts in the NASCAR Cup Series and 15 in the Truck Series, will take the wheel following previous drivers Tony Stewart and Ty Dillon, as well as Colin Braun’s recent stint at St. Petersburg.

Track Record and Recent Performances

LaJoie’s most recent NASCAR activity includes an attempt to qualify for the Daytona 500 during Daytona Speedweek, where he was sidelined by a last-lap crash in his Duel race. His best Truck Series finishes came last season, with three fifth-place results while driving for Spire. Kaulig’s #25 truck has seen varied success, with Stewart finishing 36th at Daytona and Dillon placing 11th at Atlanta earlier this season.

LaJoie Expresses Enthusiasm for Darlington and Kaulig Team

Reflecting on his upcoming race, LaJoie shared his excitement:

“It’s always fun getting to drive a NASCAR truck, especially at the track ‘Too Tough to Tame,’”

Corey LaJoie said.

“Ram’s program is a breath of fresh air into the sport and I’m fired up to have a shot to wheel one for Kaulig. This group has worked incredibly hard to get these teams going, so I’m going to give them all I’ve got to put in a great day in the office.”

Overall Program and Driver Rotation

Kaulig Racing’s approach with the #25 truck involves a five-truck program supported by a series of skilled drivers throughout the year, showcasing experienced names from different racing disciplines. This strategy adds depth and diverse talent to their campaign in the Truck Series, aiming to build momentum and strong results as the season progresses.

Expectations for the Darlington Race and Beyond

With LaJoie’s addition, Kaulig Racing looks to strengthen its performance at Darlington, a track known for its difficulty and historic challenge in NASCAR. The collaboration highlights LaJoie’s resilience and continued commitment to excelling across NASCAR series. Fans and the team alike will watch closely to see how this partnership develops amid the competitive 2026 season in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series.
