“It’s a FORM basketball. It stands for Focused on Repetitive Motion. You are grooving that jump shot.”
This unique device provides immediate feedback to users, letting them know instantly if their shooting form is off.

Though Hayward did not create the FORM basketball, his belief in its effectiveness led him to collaborate with a friend to acquire the company behind it. He is now actively promoting this tool, which is already used by 20 NBA teams and numerous colleges. Alongside his involvement in this venture, Hayward spends time golfing and coaching his daughter’s basketball team.
Reflecting on the product’s impact, he stated,
“We’ve got nothing but good feedback from everybody,”
