Issued on June 6, 2024, the RFP set fourth the city’s intention to lease land at 675 Gilmore Way, nestled between the Park City Ice Arena and the USSS Center of Excellence, to a proficient respondent who will construct, uphold, and oversee the facility. “The city is enthusiastic about exploring this avenue to cater to our residents’ recreational needs. We believe that a collaborative venture can efficiently deliver this much-needed amenity.” – Grant Herdrich, a PCMC representative

The endeavor seeks to offer convenient pickleball courts to the community, with stipulations that the facility remain accessible to the public, moving from private club status, and provide daily fees and passes, including discounted rates for Park City residents. We emphasize that the project budget is $0.00, with the city’s contribution limited to the land lease.
