Early Life and Background
Antwuan Jackson grew up in Ellenwood, Georgia, where he attended Cedar Grove High School. During his high school career, he recorded 47 tackles, with 18 being for a loss, five sacks, a fumble recovery, and a forced fumble. Additionally, he rushed for two touchdowns on offense. Jackson was recognized as an Army All-American in high school, showcasing his athletic prowess early on. In his first year at Auburn, Antwuan Jackson was redshirted and did not participate in the 2016 season. Following this, he announced his decision to transfer from the program. Unable to transfer to other Southeastern Conference schools or Ohio State for the 2017 season, he signed with Blinn College. During his time at Blinn College, Jackson played in 10 games, accumulating 70 tackles, nine sacks, and three forced fumbles. After one year at Blinn, he transferred to Ohio State University, where he played for three seasons. At Ohio State, he recorded 47 tackles, nine of which were for a loss, and 3.5 sacks. His most notable season came in 2021, his senior year, where he achieved 23 tackles, 4.5 for a loss, and 2.5 sacks, earning him Honorable Mention All-Big Ten recognition.

Early Career (2023)
After going undrafted in the 2022 NFL draft, Antwuan Jackson was invited to the New York Giants’ rookie minicamp but was not signed. He was subsequently selected in the ninth round of the 2023 XFL draft by the Seattle Sea Dragons. During his time with the Sea Dragons, he played in nine games, starting in eight of them, and recorded 20 tackles.
Breakthrough (2023)
Following the 2023 XFL season, Jackson received an invitation to try out for the Carolina Panthers, where he signed a contract. However, he was waived on August 26, 2023. Later, on December 19, 2023, he re-signed with the Seattle Sea Dragons, but the team folded when the XFL and USFL merged to create the United Football League. On January 5, 2024, Jackson was selected by the St. Louis Battlehawks during the UFL dispersal draft.
