After going undrafted in the 2017 NFL Draft, Chris Odom signed with the Atlanta Falcons on May 1, 2017. However, he was waived by the Falcons shortly after. He was then claimed off waivers by the Green Bay Packers on September 3, 2017, but was waived again in 2018. Odom joined the Salt Lake Stallions of the Alliance of American Football (AAF) in late 2018, where he recorded 7 tackles and 2.5 sacks during his time with the team. He returned to the Falcons for a second stint in 2019 but was waived again before signing with the Washington Redskins’ practice squad.
