Jeffrey Richard ‘J. J.’ Jansen (born January 20, 1986) is an American professional football long snapper for the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League (NFL). He holds the record for the most games played by a Panther with 264 games, surpassing previous records held by John Kasay. Jansen played college football for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Green Bay Packers in 2008.
