Justin Lewis was born on April 12, 2002, in Baltimore, Maryland. He began his high school education at Calvert Hall College High School but transferred to Baltimore Polytechnic Institute after his freshman year. During his junior year, Lewis showcased his talent by averaging 17.3 points and 9.2 rebounds per game, leading his team to a state championship. His performance earned him first team All-Metro and second team All-Maryland honors from USA Today. In his senior year, he further elevated his game, averaging 19.3 points, 13.4 rebounds, and 4.4 blocks per game, which earned him the title of Metro Co-player of the Year and first-team All-Maryland. Following his undrafted status, Justin Lewis began his professional career in 2023 with the Windy City Bulls, where he played for part of the season. Unfortunately, he suffered an ACL injury that led to his release from the team. After recovering, he signed another two-way contract with the Chicago Bulls in March 2023 but was waived in December after appearing in 12 games. He returned to the Windy City Bulls shortly thereafter, showcasing his resilience and determination to continue his career.

Breakthrough (2023–Present)

On December 27, 2023, Justin Lewis was traded to the Salt Lake City Stars, marking a new chapter in his professional journey. He later signed with the Calgary Surge of the Canadian Elite Basketball League in 2024 but was waived shortly after.
