Early Life and Background

Quinnen Williams was born in Birmingham, Alabama. He attended Wenonah High School, where he began to develop his skills in football. Tragically, his mother passed away from breast cancer in 2010, which had a profound impact on his life and career. Williams was rated as a four-star prospect and ranked as the 17th best defensive tackle in the country for the class of 2016 by 247Sports Composite. Initially committed to Auburn University, he changed his commitment to the University of Alabama on June 30, 2015, to further his football career.

Path to American Football

After redshirting his first year at Alabama in 2016, Quinnen Williams played in all 14 games as a redshirt freshman in 2017, recording 20 tackles and two sacks.
