Troy Marc Williams is an American professional football quarterback, born on September 11, 1994, in Carson, California. He played college football at the University of Washington and the University of Utah after starting his career at Santa Monica College. Williams went undrafted in the 2018 NFL Draft but eventually signed with the Edmonton Eskimos in 2019. Following stints with the Saskatchewan Roughriders and Pittsburgh Maulers, he is currently a member of the Memphis Showboats in the United Football League.

Early Career (2019-2021)
After going undrafted in the 2018 NFL Draft, Troy Williams participated in rookie minicamps with the Seattle Seahawks and the Los Angeles Chargers but was not signed by either team. He was signed by the Edmonton Eskimos of the Canadian Football League on June 2, 2019. Williams spent most of the 2019 season on the Eskimos’ practice roster but was elevated to the active roster prior to week 18. He played in two games during the 2019 season, completing one of three passes for 15 yards with an interception and rushing for 26 yards. After the CFL canceled the 2020 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic, he opted out of his contract with the Eskimos.
Breakthrough (2022-2023)
In 2022, Williams signed with the Saskatchewan Roughriders but was released shortly after. He then signed with the Pittsburgh Maulers of the United States Football League on September 26, 2022. The Maulers folded when the XFL and USFL merged to create the United Football League (UFL). In 2024, he signed with the Memphis Showboats, marking a new chapter in his career.
