Spurs Boost Austin Roster with New Forward Emanuel Miller

The San Antonio Spurs have enhanced their Austin Spurs roster by signing forward Emanuel Miller to a Two-Way contract, while waiving Stanley Umude. Miller, who will wear jersey number 14, is expected to spend the majority of his playing time with the Austin Spurs in the NBA G League.

Miller’s Professional Background and Performance

Most recently, Miller played for the Cleveland Cavaliers’ G League affiliate, the Cleveland Charge, where he appeared in six games. During that stint, he averaged 19.8 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 2.3 assists in 33.2 minutes per game. Prior to joining Cleveland, Miller spent two seasons (2024-2026) on a Two-Way contract with the Chicago Bulls, appearing in 11 NBA games. While with Chicago, he averaged 2.3 points and 1.0 rebound in 5.3 minutes on the court.

Recent Austin Spurs Performance

The Austin Spurs currently hold a 14-8 record and recently secured a 102-97 victory at home over the Memphis Hustle, marking a strong 7-3 performance in their last ten games. Jayden Nunn led the team with 22 points and six rebounds, while Donovan Williams, a recent addition to the roster, contributed 19 points. Harrison Ingram also had a notable game with 17 points and 11 rebounds, and Trey McGowens contributed 15 points off the bench.

Memphis players DeJon Jarreau, Tyler Burton, Eric Dixon, and Watson posted solid statistics, with Jarreau producing 22 points, eight rebounds, and six assists.
