Chauncey “C. J.” Gardner-Johnson (né Gardner Jr.; born December 20, 1997) is an American professional football safety for the Chicago Bears of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Florida Gators and was selected by the New Orleans Saints in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL Draft. He has also played for the Detroit Lions, Philadelphia Eagles, and Houston Texans, winning Super Bowl LIX with the Eagles.
