Dereon Seabron was born on May 26, 2000, in Norfolk, Virginia, USA. He attended Lake Taylor High School, where he began to develop his skills in basketball. During his sophomore year, he helped lead his team to the 4A state title game, showcasing his potential as a player. In his junior season, Seabron averaged 17.2 points and seven rebounds per game, further establishing himself as a key player on his team. As a senior, he excelled, averaging 22.5 points and 11 rebounds per game, which led Lake Taylor to its first state championship.
