Shore played for the Archbishop Denis O’Connor Chargers high school hockey team, where he began to develop his skills and passion for the game. After high school, he attended The Hill Academy, further honing his abilities before moving on to collegiate hockey. Shore committed to play for the Maine Black Bears in the NCAA Men’s Division I Hockey East conference on May 17, 2011. While majoring in finance, he made a significant impact during his freshman season, playing 38 games and earning a spot on the Hockey East Academic All-Star Team. Path to Hockey

During his sophomore year at the University of Maine, Devin Shore led his team in scoring, showcasing his talent with 14 goals and 29 assists for a total of 43 points. Devin Shore’s professional career began with the Dallas Stars, where he played from 2015 to 2019. He had a strong start in the AHL, being named the player of the month in October 2015. Shore scored his first NHL goal on October 15, 2016, in a game against the Colorado Avalanche. Over his three seasons with the Stars, he contributed significantly to the team’s efforts, accumulating 17 points in 42 games during the 2018–19 season. In January 2019, Shore was traded to the Anaheim Ducks in exchange for Andrew Cogliano. He continued to showcase his skills with the Ducks, contributing 12 points in 34 games before the end of the season.
