Kalani Brown (born March 21, 1997) is an American professional basketball player who plays center for the Phoenix Mercury of the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA). Standing 6 feet 7 inches tall, she has built her reputation as a dominant interior presence through her college career at Baylor University and her professional journey across the WNBA and international leagues. She was selected seventh overall in the 2019 WNBA Draft by the Los Angeles Sparks. Over her career, she has earned multiple All-American selections and won an NCAA championship with the Baylor Bears in 2019.

Kalani Brown was selected seventh overall in the 2019 WNBA Draft by the Los Angeles Sparks. She began her professional career with the Sparks during the 2019 season, then played internationally in the offseason for the Xinjiang Magic Deer in China from 2019 to 2020.
She joined the Atlanta Dream for the 2020 and 2021 WNBA seasons and also played for Kayseri Basketbol in Turkey during the 2020–2021 season. On June 23, 2023, she was released from that Hardship Contract, but she returned the next day on another hardship contract with the team.
