After going undrafted in the 2024 NBA Draft, Zyon Pullin signed a two-way contract with the Miami Heat on July 1, 2024. However, he was waived shortly after and signed an Exhibit 10 contract before being waived again in October. On October 28, 2024, he joined the Sioux Falls Skyforce, marking the beginning of his professional playing career.

In January 2025, Pullin signed a two-way contract with the Memphis Grizzlies. Although he played three games for the Grizzlies without scoring, he made a significant impact in the G League with the Memphis Hustle, averaging 18.8 points per game over eleven games.
