Isaiah Dunn stands six feet tall and weighs 189 pounds. His professional career began with the New York Jets, who signed him as an undrafted free agent on May 7, 2021. During the 2021 season, Dunn appeared in 12 games, recording eight tackles and two pass breakups. In the 2022 preseason, he added eight tackles and one pass breakup over three games before the Jets released him on August 30, 2022.
Shortly after, the Seattle Seahawks signed Dunn on August 31, 2022. He participated in five games, making two tackles, before being released in July 2023. The Pittsburgh Steelers then picked him up on August 2, 2023, where he played in one preseason game, accumulating one tackle, but was released less than two weeks later on August 14, 2023.
Dunn was signed by the Green Bay Packers on January 14, 2025. He made one assisted tackle in a single preseason appearance before being released on August 21, 2025, prior to joining the Houston Gamblers.
