The place that delivers the asphalt wasn’t able to deliver because the road was closed due to the storm. We’re held up right now a little bit. However, we’re continuing to remove the trees that we need to and we’re moving along nicely.”

Undeterred by the setback, work on laying the foundation for the new courts is currently underway. Minshull explained the process, saying, “Once they get the asphalt moved out, a company will come here and start moving the dirt around and so we’ll get it to the elevation that we need. Then we’ll have the company that’s going to be pouring the concrete come in about a week or two after that.”
