DeAndre Carter (born April 10, 1993) is an American professional football wide receiver and return specialist for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Sacramento State Hornets before signing with the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent in 2015. Carter has been a member of eleven NFL rosters in his career.
